Job Description:
- Research and identify potential leads within specific industries and markets that align with Xenlogic's services.
- Initiate contact through various channels, including emails, phone calls, social media, and networking events, to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points, challenges, and aspirations. Showcase how our services can address their needs.
- Articulate our service offerings and their benefits compellingly and concisely, focusing on how they can positively impact the client's business.
- Evaluate the potential of leads based on their interest level, budget, timeline, and alignment with our services.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and maintain a consistent communication loop.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
