Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for overseas staffing.
  • Conduct cold calls, lead generation, and networking to initiate conversations with potential clients.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including CTOs, CDOs, VPs, and Directors at prospective client companies.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of staffing and bench sales services to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges. Tailor our services to address their specific pain points and goals.
  • Present our services with clarity, focusing on the value they bring to the client's operations. Translate technological capabilities into tangible business benefits.
  • Collaborate with our technical experts to create customized proposals that outline the scope, timeline, and deliverables of our services.
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and Xenlogic Technologies.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward revenue goals.
  • Work closely with our technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment between client needs and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
